Tool Chain with Capella created

By the creation of a Tool Chain with the Open-Source-Tool Capella, Visioneer made a giant leap to establish a model-based development. Requirement-Architecture-Modells created with the Visioneer-Tool form thereby the missing link between the System-Architecture and the Requirement Engineering process.

Hence a substantial benefit is gained in the development process, as the “Single-Source-of-Truth”, which is currently unreached, is gained for all working products of the V-Modell. This means, that any structural change in the system model is automatically performed in all derived subsystem working products (TIER1) , e.g. Requirement- or Test- Specifications, SW Design,..

Capella System Architecture Models can thereby be imported and used as base for the derived Requirement Architecture and merged with System Kit Elements for Embedded Systems to generate complete specification structures including all expected contents.
